搜索下载并安装上面两个.gem，然后gem install mysql

解决方法
get into mysql
$mysql -u root -p
enter your pwd

一直没想好怎么搜索，所以一直没写，最近看到一段细节写得非常好的代码，于是把这道题AC了，感觉这段搜索写得灰常强大，短而效率高

MySQL数据库，和Eclipse中的所有设置字符编码的地方都设置成UTF-8
然后利用MySQL的设置向导重新设置MySQL的默认编码也是UTF-8即可
Struts2，或者说JSP的表单乱码，分为get和post方法

在tomcat的conf\server.xml中第一个Connector中加入属性URIEncoding="UTF-8"
